Guoguang (GG) Mancozeb 70% WP
Guoguang Mancozeb is a high-performance, broad-spectrum protective fungicide widely used in professional agriculture and home gardening. Unlike systemic fungicides that move inside the plant, Mancozeb forms a durable protective film on the surface of leaves and stems. This film prevents fungal spores from germinating and penetrating the plant tissues, effectively "shielding" your plants from infection.

1. Application Methods

  • Seed Treatment: Can be used to coat seeds before planting to prevent soil-borne fungal infections.
  • Root Drenching: Used occasionally to disinfect the soil surface around the base of the plant.

2. Recommended Dosage & Dilution
  • Standard Protection: 1 gram of powder per 500–700 ml of water (approx. 1:500 to 1:700 ratio).
  • General Maintenance: 1 gram per 1 liter of water (1:1000 ratio).
  • Household Measurement: Approximately 1 level teaspoon per 2.5 to 3 liters of water.

3. Frequency of Use
  • Preventative: Apply once every 7–10 days during high-humidity or rainy seasons before symptoms appear.
  • After Rain: It is highly recommended to re-apply after heavy rain to restore the protective film.


⚠️ Safety & Storage
  • Protection Only: Remember, Mancozeb is preventative. It will not kill fungi that have already entered the plant's internal tissues. If an infection is already advanced, mix or rotate with a systemic fungicide.
  • Compatibility: Do not mix with highly alkaline chemicals (like Lime Sulfur) or copper-based pesticides, as this can reduce effectiveness or cause leaf burn.
  • Personal Protection: Wear gloves and a mask when handling the powder. Avoid skin contact and inhalation.
  • Safety Interval: Allow at least 15–20 days before harvesting edible crops after the last application.
